Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Personalized & Custom Products
Because ANTKING products are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer preference reasons, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind after production has started
- Personalized name, number, or customization preferences
- Color preference differences
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Customer Support:
We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
Return Authorization
Returns must be approved by our customer support team before being sent back.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for personalized products.
If a replacement is approved due to a manufacturing error or product defect, we will arrange the replacement at no additional cost.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer protection laws.
This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made products where exemptions are permitted by law.
Refunds
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
