Shipping and Taxes Policy
We want to ensure you receive your order in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping and Taxes Policy explains our order processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and tax practices.
1. Processing Time (Personalized & Made-to-Order Products)
Most ANTKING products are personalized and made-to-order.
Orders are typically processed, produced, and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday, will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that personalized orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.
As a security precaution, some orders may require additional verification before shipment.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We currently ship primarily to customers within the United States and selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–10 business days after shipment
- International Orders: 7–20 business days after shipment
Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.
4. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most locations within the United States and selected international destinations.
Certain remote regions, military addresses, or restricted countries may not be eligible for shipment.
Shipping availability is determined during checkout.
6. Taxes and Duties
Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout where required by law.
Sales Tax
For orders shipped to applicable U.S. states and jurisdictions, sales tax will be calculated based on the destination address and local regulations.
International Duties and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
7. Title and Risk of Loss
All purchases made through ANTKING are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
